Second, I'm a trained chef with 10 years experience and with my own restaurant.
I do line cooking, but a lot more than just that.

Third, I also have a baccalaureate, speak three languages and what d you do, in your life, that makes you so much better than me, another human being?

You learned English because we dominate the world. You learned French because you were born there. Americans not knowing more languages is a indicator of world dominance. Who knows what your other language is but you probably struggle.
