whole story is there:

a. lacked an education. clearly vulnerable. self admitted by op.

b. gets tricked by the wealthy of the United States in to joining the army because of point a and incredible amounts of propaganda and nationalism amongst disadvantaged white America.

I've played EverQuest a grand total of about 2 months in the last 17 years.
