There seeems to be a lot of residual anger at a lot of things here, so let me clear a few things up.

I don't really care about what happened at end of Kunark anymore. It's not a thing, it happened in the past, I am over it, Europa is over it, CSG is over it. There are still some idividuals (I am looking at you Swish) who likes to bring it up all the time, and for some reason there are people (I am looking at you BDA) who keeps taking their bait, but its a thing of the past.

I would also like to state that yes, we have a lot of good interactions with Aftermath and Awakened, both generally when speaking with their leadership, and on specific encounters where they give us time / space (or attempt to at least) to let us kill something once in a while. Aftermath was also kind enough to share HoT with us last night, something I several times expressed my gratitude for. I am not really sure where the anger and animosity about that came from, but yes, I asked if there was a mage that could coth our mage, like I would've asked any other guild, and if any guild asked Europa, the answer would always be "yes, of course we can do that". You didn't have a mage who was able to help, so thats okay. I didn't go and cry to Detoxx, I asked for some help in allowing us to move our raid in so we could share HoT together - I believe it took about 30 seconds to move the mage to the right cubby after talking to your officers about it - how many DKP do I owe for the 30 seconds olf wasted time?

It doesn't change the fact though, that raiding in Velious right now is not desirable by any means. CSG didn't push for racing, we pushed for no zone pulls. We wanted the 1 hour time period so that guilds could clear down and kill the mob on its spot, not for any other reason. I am not really sure how that got misunderstood.
I don't personally give a flying fuck if people want to coth for 16 hrs or stand on a line, the difference and investment is the same, and the same people will win 98% of the time, because they are better at it. Its the same reason there are people who are much better at Counterstrike than I am.

But I am not playing on a PVP server. I am not playing to beat Chest, or Detoxx, or Daldaen every week. I am playing to beat the Envrionment. My guild is not built to beat competition, but to have fun killing mobs. We would enjoy more clearing down and setting up for one of these dragons, than we would killing it and getting the loot.

We play a different game, and thats okay to acknowledge I think. It doesn't mean that what Aftermath and Awakened are doing is wrong, by no means whatsoever. Its just not how I want to play Everquest personally, nor anyone in my guild. Because if they did, they would be in AA.
Whatever you think about the old class system, it allowed for two different playstyles on the same box. That is not currently possible. And thats okay if that is how the owner of the box and the staff on the box wants it to be.

In its current state, Velious raiding is unplayable by anyone but the 5%, and if thats how its meant to be, its working as intended. If not, someone has to look at solutions that are not about what spells you are allowed to use or how many hail marys you have to say before FTEing.
We keep being told we didn't want to talk about soltuions, but the problem is, the "problems" Detoxx and Daldaen wants solutions for, are not our problems. Its like me being asked to work with you on solving some legal trademark issue that happened in another country in a line of business I am not part of, because what if I one day wanted to start selling surfboards.
Guess what, I won't. If I loved surfboards, I would already be in that business.

I don't understand this whole them vs us mentatlity that seems to be going on here. I want Aftermath, Awakened, BDA, Fires of Heaven and what they are all called to have fun on this server. Everyone. Maybe the solution is as Nemce say to let the guilds who want to rotate movelog to red server and turn it blue, I don't know. Maybe there just isn't room for any other guilds than Aftermath and Awakend, and we go find another box to play on. Or maybe we settle for just farming HoT and Talendor for the next 3 years. I really don't know. What I do know is, that I have the outmost respect for everyone who spends as much time as we all do on this server, and want all of them to have fun. But a lot of us are not having fun at the moment.

I know its stupid to try and be sensible in RnF, but I hope people read this and get a little bit of understanding where we are coming from. Its not crying. Its not that we want to take anything away from anyone. We just want to play PvE Everquest.
