To make it short, I'm a fan of music made with vocaloid. That character represents a voice bank from that software. Pretty simple

Looks pretty cool I might give this a shot. Any quirks of this server beyond what's already been noted? What would be the biggest adjustment for a P1999 player?

I would say this is a much larger focus on pvp, and less on gear quest.

I should have clarified. I was wondering more about the client itself. Is it as smooth and stable as P1999? And which era is the spell set from? I think someone mentioned it was similar to the spells listed on Allakhazam. Is that true? Does Zek "look and feel" classic in the same way P1999 does besides its obvious modifications?

If you go to page 1, we have most everything listed. The eqpvp.com forums are down while they do some revamping on the client I think, otherwise that would be another source of information for you.

That being said the client is stable, but has a few lingering bugs they have had issues getting fixed over the years (group glitches, very rare client crash). The spell file is from the titanium client, so visiting allakhazam will give you a fair idea of what to expect from spells.

I am confused by the spell changes they made eg: moving ice comet and wizard nukes down 1/3 quicker cast) but left utility spells of other classes the same? Welcome to wizard quest lol

They didn't make them. They're using the titanium spell file rather than editing it like p99 did.

Wizard spells do noticeably less damage to players at lvl 50 besides ice comet.

Ice comet will hit for about 30-40 dmg less thatn on R99, while other spells like supernova hit for hundreds less.

If you think about it, you are going to have melee classes with epics and kunark armor, but wizards with only lvl 50 spells.......so I'm still wondering how its all going to balance out.

I wouldn't worry about melee classes I mean mage bolts flying through objects and dot stacking fear of a melee who needs to kill players to get his epic is the at the bottom of that list!
