Ps: in the spirit of open honesty in problems with trials of other vaccines, you should look into the clinical trials of an RSV vaccine in the 1960s. It was an epic flop that resulted in the hospitalization of upwards of 80% of children who received it.
Another example? Approximately 1 in 2.2 million kids who received the live oral polio vaccine would get a post-polio paralysis resulting in permanent disability (usually to a distinct unilateral muscle group vs the classic polio seen with the wild virus). This one is very important to me. I'm one of the vaccine injured. My left quadriceps has been functionless since infancy. I'm one of the 1:2,200,000 to get that documented side effect. Those aren't bullshit conjecture like Wakefield's crap. Those are well documented and well known. As a guy who will always have to live with a non functional quad, how angry am I? I'm not really angry at all. When you look at the unavoidable statistics on permanent injury from the wild type polio, for each 2.2 million affected you'd have a hell of a lot more severely disabled people ... And some dead to boot. Now, we no longer use that vaccine in the US. The vaccine was much safer than the illness in question, but medicine has improved and we now use an entirely different vaccine to safely protect against polio. Eventually we will stamp out polio altogether and no longer need the vaccine at all. Small pox is now extinct outside of 2 known labs thanks to vaccine. If we're lucky, we'll see polio go extinct in our lifetime. Concerning vaccines, it's a calculated medical risk. The benefits exponentially outweigh the risks. When they don't (i.e. The RSV) we go back to the drawing board. When they do, we use them but always look for ways to improve. But please, continue to drone on and on with your Jewish conspiracy theories.

Even pharmaceutical drugs (read: life saving heart medications) are granted a 20% +/- in purity allowance by the FDA. That is up to a 40% total +/- in purity from one pill to the next pill, potentially. Yikes. Vaccine injury is an acceptable risk without anyone to hold responsible or to investigate and review the quality controls? You might say the CDC and FDA already do this, and they do, but they don't take it seriously enough. More importantly if you get a bad batch, your kid is the one with the melted brain and non-working legs, and all you get is an apology, or denial by Zog, to show for it. Crazy protection of neglect in the field of medicine in regards to the drug industry is enough reason to push back and slow down on absolute statements. There are no absolutes in science. Zog prefers absolutes because it $ells. Zog is capitalist. Zog is corrupt. Answer this one question Zog. Do you believe vaccine injury exists?

Wow... All trolling aside, what's it like to not have a functioning quad, Troxx? Do you need assistance to walk?

After I reread his post, and reread my own post, I think I inadvertently trolled him off of the forums with that rhetorical question I tacked on at the end of my pseudo-reply. I feel something. I think it is emotionsuses. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] *scampers away*

The muscle group was lucky. It gives out on me from time to time but my hamstrings, hip flexors, calves all work on the left. If you look really closely you might see an antalgic gait, but most doctors and physical therapists would miss it. The thigh itself looks cerebral palsy grade skinny on that side, I used to be really self conscious about it.
But ... I can run, walk, hike. Bike riding can be challenging. I can't squat in the gym but I can leg press and dead lift. It doesn't get in the way of me acing my military PT test and my body weight will always be ~20 lbs artificially light. I expect I'll have knee problems as I get older.

Azzar you'll have to try harder to troll me off the forums. I will say that you are a funny guy to go back and forth with. There's really nothing challenging about this ongoing discussion with you; same old tired and baseless arguments. The only thing different is the interesting racist commentary you posts are peppered with.

So no, I'm not Jewish. No, affirmative action played no part in where I am. No, I am not on the payroll of big pharma. I will disclose that I did accept a pen from a drug rep for Viagra when I was a medical student. Troll on my friend, troll on!
