I like the idea of bringing back all the banned accounts in a royal rumble in the arena once every 12 months, winner receives his freedom like the gladiators of yesteryear.
Not sure why anyone on staff would be against transparency. If someone gets busted IRL their arrest record is easily found in public record. The people who are banned unjustly make a post on here letting everyone know within 15 seconds anyway, its not like you'd be protecting the innocent. And the FQ would be so sweet.

I think we should just have a monthly vote on who to ban even if they haven't been caught doing anything. We'll call it the annoyance ban, where only the biggest douchebags in the community are voted off the island. Think of who'd already be gone - Syft, Ecoli, Drakar, etc....this would be an excellent community building exercise where people can reach across the isle for the good of everyone.

IMO all permabanned accounts should be moved to a prison server, (like in Escape from L.A.), which would be:
1. Totally CSR exempt. Cheat, RMT, hack, train, box, 3rd party tools all you want 2. PVP with no level range 3. No permadeath 4. No new account/char creation 5. Big PvE and PvP xp loss (10x normal or something) 6. Extreme experience penalty (like 100x exp required to level up compared to blue) Server would be the banishment shithole the confirmed scum would be allowed to play on instead. | ||
