A merger includes a leadership merger. A full guild invite without officers is an absorption. A case with many apps some who may or may not make it without any guarantees is just applications.

It's funny that so many people are getting bent out of shape for basically allowing people to apply to our guild.

Who is anybody in any other guild to say to any guild "omgz how dare you let guy apply to your guild!"

TMO is a sovereign entity which is quite capable and well versed in making quality recruiting decisions on who it makes full members. Every guild makes poor calls from time to time, but with an average pop 300 server, we are entitled to give anyone chance if we choose to.

In everquest, bad seeds tend to always show their true colors eventually.
