I did some graphics mods and have been running around taking screen shots. The world is beautiful and I will often find myself just admiring the scenery which is nice.

I'm not sure if you can post screenshots since its alpha......

I really just wanted to try the PVP in this game but i guess I have to farmville/world of warcraft to max level before I Can which is not very exciting of a prospect. I don't like how games do this.

Lots of mines, in the Lay-something hills has 2 different mines. I play Euro hours, so its a bit easier to do. Don't need to stop and do this, but if you are in a mine for an hour or so, easy to get 30-40 ores. Ask to be Mentored in SM and other dungeons.

Have 3 'Builds' set for your guy. PvE, PvP and Mass PvP. Most builds can be modified by switching the weapon (healing weapon vs DPS weapon) and armor set (Plate vs Cloth vs Leather).

Ignore PvP if you are leveling, if you build for PvP, your killspeed will be way too low for grinding. Get in a guild, find one now in Alpha, most guilds in Alpha will be there in Closed to Open Beta and then Live. They will be your lifesaver when it comes to ArcheAge (Getting in a PvP focused guild is fun, takes the monotony out of it). PvE till mid/high 40s, thats when the fun really starts. Going after fisherman, stealing from farms.

And if you really grind through the quests, it takes on average, 40 hours played if you do the quests properly (Overachieve, farm while offline, gather, etc).

Also, plant 8hr trees before you log off, log back on get ton of exp from harvesting.

Guess this game will give new meaning to the term "farming" in MMOs. I know if I was developing my perfect game it would definitely include a lot of planting trees and other exciting activities.

I just don't want to have to plant trees and play WoW to level 50 in order to enjoy what the game has to offer.

That said I will continue questing and gaining levels as I'm still having fun.
