This spell/song entry lists spell 1528 as "Cassindra's Chant of Thought" and is from Feb 28, 2001. Your entry is from May 31, 2001 and also links to spell/song entry 1528. Now I would wager that Castersrealm is more accurate information than The Concert Hall.

EQDiva changes the song name from "Cassindra's Chant of Thought" to "Cassindra's Chant of Clarity" between March 3 (see ref.1) (from "Thought") and March 31 (see ref.2) (to "Clarity").

Its possible the name changed, but more likely an initial, erroneous name was spread across the internet like wildfire and then the correct name was edited back in place as people independently confirmed the information.

Both websites posting patch notes for Feb 21, 2001 list it as "Cassindra's Chant of Clarity":

So "Clarity" is likely correct.

This is set up and working on a timeline. He currently is selling Spell: Strengthen Death as well. Is it part of the Feb2001 update?

Also, should Terblyn Zebus have been alive all this time? I couldn't find anything definitive that he was around, but I'll add a flag to him if someone finds out; all he does prior to these spells is sell gems.

Over the past few days, I've applied spell drops to the Velious zones. The only zone left on my list is westwastes.

This page states in January 2001, wizard teleport spells were added to vendors. What spells and what vendors?

Should all translocate spells require the appropriate dragon tooth? I assume they do.

I do have a few questions about how many spells particular npcs could drop:

Seneschal Aldikar
Chamberlain Krystorf
Grizznot
Yelinak - assuming up to 4?
growthplane minibosses (rumbleroot,ail,treah,etc)

The spell drops took a lot of research, but should be mostly in game next beta patch.

it's going to be a shits how having people run to all the rings/spires so they can get ported, but it's classic.
