What began as a sharp crash in October has morphed into something more corrosive: a selloff shaped not by panic, but by absence of buyers, momentum and belief.

Unlike the October drawdown, there’s been no obvious spark, cascading liquidations or systemic shock — just fading demand, thinning liquidity, and a token that’s untethered to broader markets. Bitcoin has failed to respond to geopolitical stress, dollar weakness, or risk rallies. Even during gold and silver’s violent swings in recent weeks, crypto saw no rotation.
internet money enthusiasts, your response?

As of February 2026,
MicroStrategy (now Strategy) faces no immediate margin call or liquidation risk from Bitcoin price drops, even if prices fall extremely low, because their holdings are not pledged as collateral against margin loans. Despite their average purchase price being around $76,052 as of early February 2026, the company uses corporate capital and long-term debt
i thought their situation was more dire than this, who knows

How low do we think it will go? Will the title of the thread finally ring true again? Will you be able to once more?

I find it suspicious that right before the latest Epstein file release some unknown trillionaires unloaded a shitload of bitcoin.

Is $24k really a good price for proof that someone's computer ran a pointless set of hashes?
I know, it's so dumb. But there's legit value in it even if it's incredibly volatile.

Computer hardware, the internet, and lots of electricity for nodes and interconnects are all required for digital currency.. cut off the supply to any one of them, and your digital currency fails.

Nevermind that the hashes being churned are pointless, and it's all a waste of resources.
What if the hashes or whatever a coin was where encrypted AI generated WoW fan art?

What if our lives and DNA are just holography of bitcoins in some giant computer. Like a side effect of the fields from the storage of the coins. The possibilities r heck'n endless m8.
