Nuts and that grass fed ghee (spread on healthy foods) are two things that come to my mind If i felt like I needed to put on weight in the most healthy way. That and maybe some rib eye steaks here and there.
You could probably just add a few glasses of milk here and there. Even high quality chocolate milk can be OK if you make it yourself and don't add unnecessary sugar. I hear dates are good for healthy weight gain...but I'm not 100% on dried fruit in general. | ||

7kcal/g alcohol. 4kcal/g protein. 4kcal/g carbohydrates. Fats are good for satiety. There’s no functional difference in macros in terms of weight gain and total calorie consumption. 2k of lard = 2k of beer = 2k of sugar = 2k of whey powder. Fite me. | ||
