Ya it's pretty OK.

Creole and straight up french and Indian cuisine is straight up #1. Thai immediately after.

Japanese is ok. Some of it is spectacular it's pretentious AF tho.

I rate Irish & Mediterranean about equal. German behind. British is tolerable, especially their bakes. Vietnamese ranks between irish and Mediterranean.

I've never been incredibly impressed with roman or Italian, a classic foccacia with sea salt and fresh olive on the side is glorious tho. That's prolly more Sicilian.

Food I can't stand?.. none really. Even traditional American fast food is nice if done right from scratch and not coming out of a cardboard box or freezer bag covered in logos printed in heavy metals.
