I currently weigh 97 kg.
I decided to take a more holistic approach to losing weight. So, I've been following the steps from this guide on a holistic lifestyle that emphasizes mindful eating, consistency (no skipping meals), and regular movement. My aim? To lose at least 15 kg. But I'm wondering if this is a realistic target. It feels like a significant amount, but I'm committed to making sustainable changes in my lifestyle to reach it. Any tips or recommendations from others? | ||
