I dont think anyone here is bitching about her getting food stamps. They're raging because shes lying and misusing the funds which is a pretty scumbag thing to do and before you respond to this post go spend a day or two volunteering at a food shelter.

Qualifying legitimately for food stamps is different from lying to qualify for food stamps. If I saw you talking about food stamps in general I'd have gave a shit less, but in the context of the conversation it sounded pretty shitty.

Also, not that I exactly know because I haven't used food stamps, but are you honestly going to go from 200 dollars in funding to 0 dollars in funding over a 1 hour per week difference? Does the system not scale the funding you receive? Or are you simply trying to maintain the maximum allotment you can qualify for?

The implication being that because she's getting food stamps for 200$ a month that some other poor bastard is starving? I have no intention of working in a shelter though. I don't care about poor people or whether or not they starve. My heart bleeds for no one. I am just saying in the grand scheme of things people "stealing" food stamps from the government is insignificant as all hell. The government is going to take way more than that from her the first YEAR she has a real job and spend it on bullets to kill brown people or on keeping some near invalid old person alive another 2 months to poop themselves in a bed for the greater good of society... Fuck that even your boss said just write something .. when I had a court ordered alcohol class I had a buddy say I made 5 bucks an hour so that I could pay the min per class on the sliding scale.
