Military physical standards (have to) keep going down to keep recruitment remotely stable, sad

Did a bit of research and feel like if I’m going to go for NAD+ boosting, oral NR is an ok way

Probably all a waste of money though, and I was surprised to see that no one method of administration seems to be superior. I would always assume injection would be, since then the digestion process isn’t changing the molecule. Not like I could afford or would want to buy even if I had the $$ some form of injectable NAD booster

But I’ll try an oral or two and see if I notice slight differences. Workout performance and daily energy has been pretty steady and something I’m always paying attention to, so hopefully a small change could be noticed

But other supps I’ve tried and had no qualms about stopping due to no effect. I just wanted to at least try some form of NAD+ by age 41ish

I had heard things like makes your organs die more slowly with age, and that interested me like a decade ago. But I kept telling myself not until you’re over 40

Supposedly the science has gotten better over time. But I’m sure there’s also arguments it’s doing nothing, or very little

"Relieves inflammation" is a hardcoded sign for hokum, right next to anything about toxins.

Yea not as much interested in that. I don’t understand a war on inflammation. Inflammation is healing, and in regards to muscles, growth. Let’s wage a war on in-flation instead!

Got my first bottle and started out at 4x the recommended dose (apparently anything under like 2000mg is still safe, so I’ll go up to there). Wouldn’t want to stay at said doseage, but I figure if there’s going to be any kind of effect I feel, it’ll be more apparent at 4x the dose. Course always best if it’s a positive effect…

First off, damn they fast as fuck…

But that rule of you can’t cut someone off isn’t followed at all in amateur races. Especially in the beginning people are cutting each other off like crazy. I’ve seen in Olympic races too where someone cuts in front of someone else to block their access to the lane closest to the inner edge

Race cars are allowed to do it, why can’t race people? If you don’t want him cutting over to block you, don’t let him get ahead in the first place?

^
So cutting someone off is illegal but drafting behind another runner then overtaking them at the end isn’t

“Thanks for eating all that wind resistance for me the entire race, breugh. Sorry that for you it was like running on an incline. Way to pad my victory path”

Dumb
