What do you consider a small chapter? By my count, you'd have needed at least 3 enlistments (12+ years) at a minimum to do all the things you've claimed. No way they're putting you through the SF pipeline without having to reenlist at least once considering it is an ~18 month process, and then a change of service to the Navy would necessitate another reenlistment.

12 years is over 15% of the average male life span in the US.
