Unless there was a 3rd party actor skulking around the corner just out of frame of the video, the most likely scenario is that Berkley edged out around the corner for just a moment, but a moment long enough to initiate aggro on the mobs. By the time he moved out from around the corner to flop, the mobs had already been pulled close enough to aggro Benjaman.

Many members (and, more importantly, leaders) of these guilds feel the need to constantly antagonize each other in and out of game instead of simply playing the game. These players have become hyper-sensitive to every negative thing that happens.
