Is it ironic that the server was split to alleviate congestion at low levels, but by merging it so early...even before we have planar content...we've created a very similar issue but for level 50s? Was the intention to just circle back to the same problem we started with?

I wonder if they killed these servers by doing this and not saying anything. It's bad enough they did it, but without warning? I hear some people say people crying can leave, the server may be free, but lots of people invested their precious time in teal with certain expectations. Even though the server is free, time is valuable, my time is valuable, other players time is valuable, especially in game like this. You can't make a change that big without saying anything, messing with 100's if not 1000's of people. Just doing that shows how amateurish this staff is, there is no confidence in there ability to run any servers now. This staff clearly does not respect the players, why stay? I'll go back an play the official servers, at least I know what I'm getting there. I got burned in Ultima Online player run servers years ago, should have known better.

2k plus players is classic, i was there, this isnt even that bad, its only bad if you wanted legacies, and lets face it, they are not that important of an item. just play the game outside high ZEMS like we did in live.

As long as the Zems are like this, no one will ever leave the exp highway. Sure you wait in line, but when you get into the groups you earn exp so much faster its a net positive.

The exp highway was already loaded to capacity. Now there's just longer lines for those groups. It's not going to kake people branch out, it'll make them quit.

All these people screaming for the merge have always been attacking the symptom not the disease for their problems of not finding low level groups. Unfortunately their howling has also resulted in a giant shitshow for max level too with its now extreme overpopulation.
