Not exactly. The deal has clearly gone south. He did get half of what he bargained for...and has paid nothing for it. Even if you don't think he owes him half the original agreed upon payment he definitely owes him something...which he hasn't paid him (i.e. stiff him).

yeah im jealous of possibly downs and or aspergers basement dwellers who has an “episode” and writes 20 paragraphs whenever someone says green server or unclassic. You’ve figured it out! Lul
