This doesnt mean a whole lot since we know very little about "brains" and how they work - certainly not enough to say something is more "intelligent" then another and judging by humans "intelligence" doesnt mean all that much not to mention human history and "oh we know how this works now"

So what you're saying is they are both relatively dumb? That's part of the fun of being a pet owner, watching the dumb shit your dog / cat does.
