See here's the issue with that. Lets say we assign a value to each thing a member of your guild does.

Ragnaros kills someone in lesser faydark in Empire. Likely there pleveling someone's alt or something. We'll assign that a big 0 for how much that helps GG. Now someone reads the board, listens to Ragnaros in OOC, listens to him in teamspeak, we'll assign that -1,000,000 for what it does to your recruiting ability.

There were lvl 40's being recruited into Empire when Andis' 8 lvl 60's were being declined.

Ragnaros could get back into Empire tonight if he wanted to, and be reinvited back into GG the next morning cus he's that good.
