We have a bunch of creatures that are 100-500 million years old that are still alive today that are virtually identical today as they were then. If that's not a long enough time than nothing is and the theory is clearly bullshit.

Its a good point and the question why creatures might stay the same for so long is a good one. Another good opportunity for a thought experiment if you ask me.
We know genes can mutate, we know sexual reproduction happens and we know there are seletional pressures on organisms. Perhaps the creature lost some of the prerequisites/catalysts for the process? I.e. they tend not to sexually reproduce, have largely immutable DNA, have had stable selectional pressures, have large generational gaps or have a narrow genepool (e.g. if a species practically went extinct but recovered).

If you believe in evolution then yes I'm frustrated that I have to share this planet with someone incapable of using their brain.

Whatever the truth of the world, discussing it on the internet is not going to change that truth. If your finding the topic frustrating perhaps I can suggest to take a step back and find something else more relaxing to participate in for a while?
