I'm not 21 years old fully immersed in eq emu anymore bro. Frustrating seeing a RL friend I enjoyed playing with quit because people can't act respectful.

He didn't quit over some shit talk, he received some life threatening tells and said "haha in done here if this how people act"

Not sure how you can defend that but doesn't matter, what's done is done

I'm serious when I say this, I have never had life treating tells since I joined the box in August. What did you bro do to get that reaction? Honestly, there are people that play end tier that are casuals like myself that don't get griefed. And when people try I just log or get on an alt for 20mins.

He's just the kind of guy that doesn't put up with any bullshit. Basically since he was my friend and followed me to nihilum, he became a target.

Azrael griefed him while he tried to finish his shaman epic then one evening slathar sent him some RL threats and copious verbal abuse. Called me up and said hey man I'm done with that server and have me his accounts. I've talked to him since but he's busy with other things.

Maybe he wasn't cut out for sever but that doesn't mean it's ok to treat people that way.

Anyways, just hope slathar learns from his mistake and stays unbanned.
