If you dont think jousting is any skill, then you sir are retarded. Sorry. Jousting is what makes and breaks the best melee's in eq. Might want to check what a "botb" is before you go ranting about rogue duels.

Well you basically just said jousting is running in circles, which its not.

Give me any rogue that wants to duel that cant joust and ill drop them without going below 95 %, aka Sidelle is a good reference for that.
