Lenin wasn't a marxist, he just thought he was. Lenin was a psychopath. The bolshevik revolution by definition wasn't marxist because it wasn't industrialized, it was still agrarian. That is only one of the million things that didn't align with marxist theory in the soviet union. It was just a clusterfuck

Reinterpreting, amending, etc the constitution is an example of working within the limits of the system. Also you were all hell bent on correlation vs causation, whereas my thinking is constitution, not the document, but the regular meaning of the word for which the document is named. You signed a social contract, get over it. It means everyone can have guns, and so you get no option to the contrary.
