i didn't mention whether or not we're including red99, so we need to - as a community - make a decision about this.

IMHO, red99 is like the corner you put undesirables like the alleys of the financial districts, and they are not really members of the community so they shouldn't count, but again i am only one member of the community and although my voice is universally respected and valued, I am interested in hearing how other members of the community feel about including red99 miscreants.
