Patience friend. Decisions are still in process. FE was just granted a reprieve in this tug o war.
Decisions are not still in process, if anything is still in process it "could" be the trakanon decision. GMs would not have taken away the loot then returned it if the one decision was not resolved...

Don't pretend to know the minds of GM's lol they have in the past and will again in the future change their mind as more information comes to light. Its not like they are a religion.

I've never heard of loot changing hands three times, let alone the two that is a new precedent with this Fay decision.

there is no more information for fay other than it was killed and you guys had 5 ppl in the zone at the TIME OF DEATH. It was a clear cut/dry case. The pull was not even nearly as bad as your sev pull, so you have nothing to even make your case with. Your own fraps shows that you did not have an adequate raid force to even pull the mob off of our puller and attempt the kill yourself. Complete fail...

Alarti is right when saying Trak issue may not yet be revolved (otherwise, first ruling in favor of TMO for Fay could have been declared final).

However, since 1 of the 2 points of the bet was resolved already, Alarti should give the 100k and the green scale, to prove that he can honor his debt, and secondly that he can trust other people.

Were the ruling on Trak be overruled, then the 100k and green scale would be given back to the rightful owner.

P99 could use more gentlemen acting like I described above. Alarti, prove us you can do it! And this shouldn't be an issue, since you're more than willing to pay according to your own words.

basically what i've already said. However, alot of people are saying since trak happened before fay and fay is resolved they don't see how trak isn't resolved. Also loots for trak were never removed, which leads further to that mindset. I don't mind waiting a bit longer, but i'd like to see that alarti even has access to the green scale in question...

Trying this the next time I make a sports bet.

"I know the game isn't over but my team is up by 2 runs, give me the money now to show that you're a gentleman. I'll totally give it back if they end up losing."

The bet between alarti and I were for Fay only. Have the screens of tells but don't think they will be necessary.

I believe Alarti will honor his bet if for no other reason than to not have to hear about it constantly for the rest of his time on this server.

Also, what was this Mortiiss/ Quickfingers bet? I hadn't heard about that one before.
