6,000 bucks for one tourney, if I was that good I'd play.

Not to mention championship payouts..

Teams live in mansions based off the revenue from streaming alone.. combo that with huge prize pools for doing well at tourneys and it's pretty easy to see why competitive LoL is so enticing to "12 year old asian kids".

Until DoTA2/HoN have an e-sports/pro scene backed with huge prize pools like Riot has done with LoL it's pretty easy to see why it's on top.

It's like comparing Pokemon to the old M:TG pro scene.

The internet needs a hipster DOTA meme if there isnt one already.

I think I'd hate LoL if I was forced to practice as a full time job, arguably I'd have to play as either Lux or Lux to stand a chance [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Never saw the need to make an alt account, it won't sharpen your skills...and the results you're getting won't be realistic based on the "end game". Perhaps there's less rage in the low levels? [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Anyone enjoy jungling? I can only do it really well with Warwick - but his ganks pre-6 are terrible unless the enemy is bad at warding and doesnt realise there's a big bad wolf running up behind them [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Who do people use to jungle? I need to broaden my horizons.
