Sure bro. I played DoTA. It wasn't by any means bad. I just liked League much more due to the aggressiveness involved.

It's not "dumbed down kids version", it's just simplified. I will disagree on the polished point, Valve has done a tremendous job on Dota2's art and UI.

Meanwhile, we all aspire to play characters with names like "Storm Spirit", "Batrider" and "Witch Doctor".

Sadly Riot know how to draw and use more than teh MS paint, even if they are swiping inspiration from other animation characters they're doing better than DOTA2's oddball creations.

If DOTA is to succeed it needs to rebuild its animations and playable characters from the ground up...harsh yet true facts.
