If by fast paced you mean heroes that do 800 nuke combos at level 6, then yeah, its "fast paced." I can't really speak for LoL but I played HoN and its complete shit. There literally is no fighting involved, you just run in blow all your cooldowns and burn someone to initiate.

I've been losing soooo many games lately even though I do well. Seems like I often get someone on my team who intentionally feeds or close enough. I had one game where I went 9/3, and some asshat on my team was 0/11/0

That is unlucky. Amazing what a team game LoL is yet how tragic it can be if you've got a total clown in the team. It's the only reason I don't play it more often..
