not bad for ice (east) coast with a group of mixed ability skiers...2 of the days were more like half days my legs were shot by day 4

highly recommend the Slopes app if you're trying to track

Being in shape helps a lot. I’m usually still sore snowboarding the first day or two if I don’t go regularly. It’s obviously a night and day difference compared to going out of shape.

We flew out to keystone for a week in December. The weather was amazing. It snowed just enough that my girl was able to have a great time for her second trip ever.

I was not a big fan of the versa grips. My hands are too sweaty for them during my workouts. I could use chalk but meh. Definitely not worth trading the conventional straps for them.

My 3x pj bottoms now fall right off if I don't tuck my top in and hold them up.

I plateaued around 103kg so a month ago I started on Ozempic. Back on track and making good progress again. Only mild side effects so far. Appetite is very suppressed which is fantastic, don't have to deal with food cravings anymore really. I lost 15kg (35lbs in freedom units) the old fashioned way, another ten or so to go.
