Didnt the Romans kill jebus wiff da help of some hi ranking jewish priesty dude? Who, as it turns out was worried his 18 yr (originally limited to ~4) tyranical reign would come to an end with such a charismatic young man with socialist views.

Anyone been to Grand Teton?

Thinking about planning a trip there next summer. 4th of July week. Looks like Middle Teton is day hikeable.

Any other must-dos out there?

Yellowstone just doesn't appeal. Not exactly a hiker haven. Too touristy.

I'm looking at Glacier NP now. Seems more my cup of tea.

Depending on your cup of tea, id suggest Belly River or Medicine Grizzly trails.

But even Glacier can be more touristy at times than Yellowstone

glacier is like 8+ hours away from the tetons, so i guess i'm confused about how far you're willing to travel "around there" lol

No I'm more or less now trying to decide between Glacier and Teton.

Siding with Glacier right now.

edit: damn, good point about 4th of july week being crazy busy...maybe its back to CO for 14ers

Fuck glacier-- July 4th it's going to be as much of a zoo as yellowstone-- get a permit from the blackfeet and do Chief Mountain

Very magical area, leylines or some shit-- bison skulls and ultra low frequency hum to rattle your pineal gland. Bring shrooms
