They both deserve blame for what is going to happen to the citizens of afghanistan. There are 18 year old afghan girls who have never known what it's like to live under the taliban, who are about to find out what sex slavery means. It only took a presence of about 2500 US troops to keep the country relatively stable, leaving was a mistake. It made our country less safe (terrorists can plan terrorisms easily now) and it certainly made afghanistan less safe. And it empowered countries like china who have no scruples and are willing to bro down with the taliban. Trump released 5,000 of their top fighters and the Taliban leader all while refusing the Afghani govt a seat at the table he was also inept enough to get no terms other than the US surrender to the Taliban.

This is compared to biden with over 89k evacuated, that is over a 5,000% better ratio.
