Were any parts of these quests supposed to be available before April 2001?

I'm willing to write/rewrite all of this to function properly, but I want to get it correct for future incarnations of timeline servers we launch.

That should give everyone a pretty good idea of what's to come in the next patch. I believe the devs have most of this already coded to change once they flip the switch but incase anything was skipped over it serves that purpose as well.

Several new quests have been added as well, so don't be afraid to talk to the folks of Norrath, they might have new information for you.

This is generally considered to be the patch note that added the last two quests of this chain.

Information starts pouring in come April when people discover them, but those patch notes are the closest to suggest their implementation. The April patch notes make no note of new quests.
