I don’t have much of a problem with daycare subsidies for parents that want/need to work…assuming they are ok with some people with 19yr olds with high school diplomas raising their kids for them and not starting baby fight clubs like I’ve seen on the news before [You must be logged in to view images. But no if you give people free cash, even if it’s cash for their kid, that money won’t go for the betterment of the kid or the parent. I don’t trust people who need gov’t handouts to spend money responsibly, call me classist. You have to put the money into daycare or education or something other than free gov’t checks at the first of the month. Literally anything else than that
