So I've resolved to eat a little stuff like oatmeal. Crackers and hummus have almost no fiber. Stuff like sweet potatoes are easy. The food I made today had super low fiber too. Matza is zero fiber. Practically harmless. I do really well with like 20g fiberone which is terrible its easy tho. 40 is way too much. Fruits are better. So are things like chia, and beans well soaked and stuff like basmati riced. The simple key imho is less processing. Less additives and fillers. Otherwise I get sick only eating burgers and taters too. That + cheese is what landed me in the ER again. Cheese is dedly. Probably some other problem or gut biome thing that has less to do with what I eat. And more to do with the state of my guts. I really miss cheese. And Chinese food. Not fried chicken much although I've had some good fried chicken. I won't eat bread unless I make it or watch the baker make it. | |||

i eat burgers and cheese steak subs daily. not fast food, i order carry out from real restaurants.
i just loathe cooking, which is lame because i'm pretty good at it. I don't like salads, pastas are usually too heavy/high calorie and fat, soups are boring. during the work day i pore over menus online tryin to come up with new healthier ideas to order out, but then my stomach just goes: BEEF AND BREAD, I DONT CARE WHAT ORDER. ideas? | ||

--- We had peas porridge tonight with a little ham. Basically throw yellow peas, celery, carrots, amish butter some diced onion (optional) in a pot with water and simmer on low for a few hours till all the liquid is sucked up and cooked down. Mash and serve with thin sliced meat. Or toast. Or a nice cheese. We have free ranged eggs to crack over it in the morning. | |||

I do live sort of near amish country, I wonder if they have any restaurants nearby... I used to live walking distance to this scratch-kitchen diner, 100% home made everything, man i loved that place but they closed up shop. Probably because of the loss of my business, some weeks I spent 200 there lol, and I tip well. Quote:

That is why I said crockpot. U can eat all weak for a few hours prep and cleanup. Literally zero effort cooking. Put on low when u leave for work come home to pulled pork.
Add some peas and cornbread, a piece of fruit and you have all of your nutrients. | ||
