Login Server Issues

I wanted to comment here.

They utilize a service called EQEmulator which has been having server issues.
You can check the status at EQEmulator.net

There's a suggested fix of modifying EQhost.txt file from
HOST=login.eqemulator.net:5998
To
HOST=login.projecteq.net:5998

I'm new here (but a techie). Can someone confirm this works for them as well then sticky it?

That works but pulls up a different list of game servers. I don't see P99 there (I can check again). Interestingly, I selected a random server and that actually allows me to login.

Happening to me now.

Attempted DNS updates.

Restart modem.

Restart computer.

Try VPN.

Not AT&T.

No cigar.

Same issue for me as well.. was logged in an hour ago, unable to connect now. Green.

Having the same issue, however where I could get to Server Selection before I can't get past Login now.
