1. Enable PvP.
2. Petitions over petty bullshit disappear because everything is resolved through force.
3. Uthgaard isn't disliked by half the community because he rarely has to play judge, jury, and executioner and can instead focus on running events, getting people unstuck, fixing shit, etc.
4. The OP either a) doesn't make this thread or b) makes this thread without blaming a staff member.

Please direct me to where I said this would resolve RMT, RMT bannings, or RMT petitions. In fact, I don't think I mentioned RMT anywhere.

I explicitly said situations similar to this, where the OP blames a staff member, due to his history with the staff member, would disappear. In fact I made it pretty clear that the OP may still make a thread about being banned, only that it wouldn't be directed at a specific staff member he's had previous beef with from petition bullshit.

semi-funny sidebar...in classic EQ, I remember the text colour default when you died and lost a level was red (you have LOST a level!) and I'd get pretty pissed.

then at some point, either I or the default changed it to blue, and I actually noticed I was less furious.
