There was a meeting. the TLDR that was relayed was need 12 person plus force in the zone if you want interfere with the raid mob; dispell, chain aggro, w/e.
So if you are 3 people you cant run in and dispell but if your 12 people you can. Believe anythying oor is a no. | ||

From my understanding the ambiguity was brought by Gongshow but not addressed. He expressed the ambiguity just as you just did.
Ragnarok pushes for pvp. We believe in our ability to win guild on guild pvp and always look forward to it. We are even prepared to handle guerrilla tactics. In kael while we were killing tormax we YTd about 10 apex, plugged mores even while tormax was being dispelled. In thurgadin we finished off Dain with his guards being trained on us by stasis. Hopefully we see more Raid targets being fought over by having large guild on guild fights. Win or lose i think most prefer the 40 on 40 vs the constant zone hoping/plugging/stalling | ||
