Only a complete idiot could think that. It has been a buzzword in politics by the alt-right crowd when describing conservative leaders who aren't against immigration and who don't get into racial politics like Trump and to a lesser degree Ron Paul (if you get into his old newsletters between congressional terms) in contrast to a Republican like Jeb Bush, who they started calling a Cuckservative because he married the help and is raising Mexican kids (the idea is his wife is still fucking minorities while he is raising their kids).

This makes me personally think their racism is based on sexual insecurity and that they blame liberalism for not being able to attract women.
