When did I claim Japan is in Europe? I was just giving examples of healthcare systems that are better than ours. You're linking two different posts. One where I use Europe as an example, and one where I use Japan.

I also never said Germany was single payer. I did say their healthcare system (which is very different than ours and far more government-funded) is superior, which it is. Their compulsory insurance is offered by non-profit public entities.
