PvP between 3 guilds last night for CT. Also it wasn't always like that and took us 6 months to get to that point.

Is it really PvP or is what I saw in the Ragefire video where it's an overwhelming force from Holo and some tiny force is just focus fire picking off some of the weak links? I'm glad you found a home a red but having a 70 man raid force stomping the shit out of everyone isn't really the right red advertisement you want.

No tracking/variance is a good one though, can't argue that.

I mean he's assuming Fear is spawned when these attempts on Draco happen. 9 times out of 10 Fear is down. It stays cleared most of the time. Guilds track it and check it to know when they can gear clear it.

It absolutely is. But there's a problem if those two are just buying time for another 30 people to log in and prevent the other guild from engaging. I was tracking the Naggy that brought this rule around and called it blatant stalling by IB in guild chat, which of course my guildies said it wasn't "stalling" but yeah it was.. Naggy was 98% minutes after IB engage. We got this rule about a week later, after I assume Taken petitioned it.
