Red requires extreme measures like its absurdly large and 100% non-classic xp bonus to keep it from withering away. Staff is probably worried that if they closed it for 3 days it would never recover. So be nice to those poor fellows on the short bus, er, I mean red server, during this blessed holiday season. They need all the kindness you can spare them.

So wait. People sitting in ec, or waiting inline for a camp, or waiting on a respawn would count toward blue and against red? How do you figure that?

There are a number of beta testers across half a dozen guilds that can help summon mobs or reset them. If you coordinate with the server staff/devs, they can jump on beta during your schedule raid and help do mass buffs or #kill of trash.

I've had 3 uncompleted quest turn ins ready to turn in for over a month but the quest NPCs have PHs. I haven't been able to get the quest NPCs spawned. There's never actual GM characters online.
