And TMO wonder why they are in this posistion when they have leadership like Umbrella and gunnter acting like shiesty bastards. Maybe one day TMO will realize that the people in charge are the ones causing these numerous suspensions and forfeitures.

I feel also sad about being app in TMO, they probably realized how this guild is full of worse/ QQ players.

You're right, it's not directly about loot. It's about you arbitrarily deeming that others on the server have to "earn" their loot in a certain fashion that you define. Otherwise VP would be on the table for rotation in Class R, right?
