GMs straight up encourage those who were previously banned in an RMT sting (prior to Snitchknight being involved) to "start over and play right".

one bought things for himself, the other has been using a gud to monopolize raid content for 2.5 years to make money off of it

disband nihilum imo and it removes the means to mass RMT

Be careful what you wish for. If Nihilum needs to be disbanded, so does Azrael; you harbor a known RMTer who is equally culpable.
