Yea a zone can crash but it's the timing that makes it suspect, if zone crashes benefit one party over another time and time again, your not going to convince anyone it's merely chance.

Sol B crashed a number of times during the PVP days of holocaust and nihilum when tons of people would zone at the same time. But, you wouldn't know about that, as you were barely at any of those pvp fights.
