Today I woke up at 6:30 AM, did legs and core, and then SMASHED a Jack N the Box Grande Sausage Burrito, Sausage Croissant, and a big ol glass of organic whole milk.

We're talking 1650 calories and 65g protein at the start of the day, retards. Being small is being stupid.

Dunno, eats fast food garbage then washes it down with "organic milk"

Did a sprint after work. I decided to take the brooks back... they sucked. I tried on a bunch of asics at runners world and didn’t like them. They weren’t bad, I just ended up flipping a coin between a pair of under armour and new balance. Ended up under armour

But yeah those fucking brooks made me feel like I got shin splints tonight and that hasn’t happened since football practice back in high school

I tried on one par last week at DSW Called Saucony, they were priced exactly the same as name brands and I tried one on.

It had more support then the asics by far but I had never heard of them so I didn't buy them.

Saucony's are great man! Always very comfy shoes. They have an odd design on most shoes which isn't my fave.. But there are a few i'd sport!! My buddy is a big runner and biker and he loves his Saucony's..

The under armour shoes are good for running. Not as good as my old trusty Nike’s, but holy shit 1000x better than brooks

The nike outlets aren’t bad as far as price is concerned. There are far superior shoes you can buy for running. I’m not a big runner, so I don’t put much thought into it. I’m sure slaves make my loafers too. Props to them for making comfy shoes. Props to you guys for fighting the slave labor war.

Running shoes aren't just for running really, the shape of the shoe is literally motivational even for just walking / jogging or even being active in a warehouse

I only wear flat bottom type shoes to go to stores, and if your going to BJs or a bigger store I wear the fucking running shoes lol
