Twitter is violating the law by making editorial decisions while still enjoying the protections of 230. That is literally the entire basis of the dispute surrounding section 230 protections with regard to nascent social media technology and it's implications for society.

Whats up with Covid? Last week you got the White House saying everyone is going to die unless we all get 3 shots and Fauci says no one should get together on Christmas. But this week, Biden is passing the buck to state governors saying its not his problem and the CDC says you only need to isolate for 5 days if you get a positive Covid test instead of two weeks.
