Is there a fraps of this encounter? Where did the proof that option FD'ed his FTE thus awarding it to Zeelot?

Seeing as Option damaging Trakanon is nowhere in Zeelots logs, Option apparently does 538 damage with a stealth Javelin.

It does appear this is the case. My only QQ is that this shift seems to be applied when it benefits TMO. In this instance, TMO engages 5 seconds after Option has FTE (apparantly after Merkk dies) and TMO is awarded loot, yet when TMO DA-tanks for 36 seconds before getting a non-FD class on Trak, they still retain the loot. It could be as simple as one side is much better at arguing their case than the other, but it looks fishy to me. Either way, as one TMO put it (paraphrasing) this is a lot of arguing for a mob that'll respawn in ~3days.

Zeelot is merely attempting to argue that this is a possibility; not that it happened. What is even more comical is he is providing his own personal logs as a basis for claiming that it is possible. The server encounter logs are COMPLETELY IGNORED in favor of Zeelots story time.

Many things are possible my friend; I can fit many stories to these two logs just as well as you. The burden of proof is on you to show that it actually happened, and this you cannot do.

In all fairness to Zeelot, the GM's also came to this conclusion. I just want to know what evidence proves this.

The fact that my signature exists only furthers this shadyness.

Actually the burden of proof would be on you, since the ruling has already been made.

The Court of RNF is found to be lacking in jurisdiction and is an improper venue. Steve's motion for reconsideration of the Trakanon ruling is denied with prejudice. Sloan must compenstate each poster in this thread to the sum of 1x Fungi Tunic for all the time he has wasted. Steve is further enjoined from making further posts regarding this subject matter; any further postings regarding this subject matter will be considered contempt of the Court of RNF and punishable by suspension.

You haven't proven anything or if you have, it is lost in the mass assumptions you have thrown around.

So while your argument may not have changed, it doesn't make it a great one.

agree with this point. tmo got the loot despite the server logs showing us with FTE so sadly the burden of proof is on us to provide logs or to clearly show their logs are fake.
