Back on topic. Russia's super weapon the Khinzhal hypersonic missile has a weak point. It has to slow down so much in its final phase of flight that it can be reliably shot down by Patriot missile batteries (PAT-3).

Ukraine shot down six last night.

Not going well for the Russian military is it.

A Patriot missile system is not one thing in one place. It's launchers and radar systems spread over a large area. You can't disable a Patriot system with a single hit.

What's happened is that one of several launchers has been damaged, and the US has already said it will be repaired.

The fallacy is thinking that money would have gone to struggling Americans.

And not understanding the greater geopolitical issues at play. I'll admit I don't know most of them either but there is a lot at stake on the world stage.
